BEACH HOUSE

The Dubai Beach House redefines the boundaries between domestic living and beachside leisure by seamlessly integrating the beach into its architecture. The design incorporates a multi-level structure, with the majority of its program either elevated in a floating box above or concealed beneath the sand, creating an uninterrupted beach experience at the ground level.

The central communal space, located at beach level, accommodates living, cooking, and dining activities. A large retractable glass window provides uninterrupted views of the beach, enhanced by natural light streaming through an oculus above. This system also allows for full exposure to the outdoors, encouraging a fluid transition between indoor and outdoor living.

On hotter days, the floating second floor serves as a shaded canopy for the communal area below. Its strategic positioning creates a wind tunnel effect, channeling cool breezes and promoting natural ventilation throughout the main living space.

To achieve a minimal visual impact, the floating box is wrapped in mirror glass, reflecting its surroundings, and blending harmoniously into the coastal environment. Its streamlined profile and lower building height further enhance this subtle integration. Transparent, strategically placed windows at the front and rear ensure ample natural light and unobstructed views from the upperlevel rooms, while maintaining privacy

The Dubai Sea House stands as a model of architectural innovation, harmonizing luxury living with sustainable, site-responsive design, and offering an unparalleled connection to the beach.
